As first boat for the young ones the optimist is the best. You can paddle, row and of course sail with this boat. The boat has a low sailing point which prohibits the boat to capsize and otherwise you can get it easily upright; the inbuilt floating parts make the boat unsinkable. A fine boat for the young sailer! For an adult of course also easy to hop on.
